Hi, there. Thank you for coming my blog. My name is Seungho Chae and it will be my pleasure if you call me Ian. I expect to be a great chef because I am a person who’s one of the most crucial reasons for life is eating delicious food. So if I become a chef, I would like to study food ingredients and dishes from all over the world and serve delicious dishes to people to share their happiness. But I am worried because I don’t have a career in this industry yet, but I am planning to overcome it with passion and effort. By making my blog, it seems that I can study cooking more seriously by studying cooking at home and starting on my blog. one of my favorite culinary quotes is ‘The preparation of good food is merely anotherexpression of art, one of the joys of civilized living’ – DioneLucas. The process of preparing food for someone is exciting and enjoyable. Also, when I see a food made beautifully, I get excited like when I see a great masterpiece of art (and even I can eat that masterpiece!). Now I am learning the basics of handling knives. I would like to learn the basics hard and someday make my own dish with vast knowledge and serve it to people.
